Born and raised in Ohio, Ashley moved to Utah in 2005 to attend Westminster College, where she quickly fell in love with the beauty of the Wasatch Front. With a family history deeply rooted in real estate investing—her father teaching her about cash flow from a duplex at a young age—real estate has always been a natural passion for Ashley.
